A |     好消息，杭淳开高速公路杭州段迎来新进展！近日，杭淳开高速杭州段TJ05标段G匝道6号墩盖梁首件顺利完成浇筑，标志着项目正式拉开盖梁批量施工序幕，为后续桥梁上部结构施工打下坚实基础。本次施工的G匝道6号墩盖梁，尺寸为11.17米×2.05米×1.7米，方量37.5立方米，采用C35混凝土、抱箍支架法施工。

B | 杭淳开高速杭州段是G2531杭州至上饶高速核心路段，属国家及浙江省“十四五”重点交通工程，也是杭州交通发展重要支撑。

C |     (ECNS) -- Consumer associations across China handled 985,928 complaints in the first half of 2026, down 1.01% from a year earlier. Of these, resolving 567,926 cases, helping consumers recover 447 million yuan ($66.2 million), the China Consumers Association said Wednesday.    Complaints involving AI customer service increased as businesses expanded its use in product inquiries, fee explanations, marketing and after-sales support. Consumers reported misleading promises, difficulty reaching human agents and inaccurate AI-generated information.    Secondhand trading platforms also remained a major source of disputes, with complaints involving counterfeit or refurbished goods, missing accessories and undisclosed defects.    Complaints about online lending and other consumer finance services remained high, particularly over automatic charges made without clear consent. Some consumers said they were repeatedly charged membership or value-added service fees they had not authorized.                        。线路串联杭州富阳、桐庐、淳安，全长约184.4千米，新建里程163.6千米。杭淳开高速公路的建设具有重大战略意义，建成后将成为连接杭州主城区与千岛湖的第二条高速大通道，结束沿线11个乡镇不通高速的历史，大幅缩短杭州主城区与西部区县时空距离，成为长三角连接赣东的便捷通道之一。项目的推进不仅能完善浙西区域路网布局、分流杭新景高速过境车流、提升路网通行效率，还能串联千岛湖、瑶琳仙境、开化根宫佛国等沿线旅游资源，助力乡村振兴与共同富裕示范区建设，同时深化长三角区域交通一体化发展，强化浙赣省际协同，充分发挥杭州都市圈辐射带动作用，为浙西区域社会经济高质量发展注入强劲动力。资料/市交通运输局、杭淳开杭州段指挥部。
